SaaS (Software as a Service) is the hosting and operation of complete applications including the data. VIT runs over 90% of its marketed systems in the high-performance, multiple-security data center in Switzerland.

Managed services are tailor-made service packets for customer solutions such as Picturepark or Mediaflow. They include for instance, data import, image indexing or end-user support with pre-defined response and reaction times.
