Implementation
Choosing a system is one thing, implementation is another.
The aims are high – perfectly equipped and adapted to the customer-specific requirements, it should be possible to operate the system as far as possible in accordance with today’s standards.
We have more than 10 years of experience from well over one hundred projects and accompany our customers from the initial discussions through the final bringing into service to ongoing operation. In this respect, we act in accordance with the customer’s wishes as consultants, project managers and integrators and have a hands-on approach.
One of our main strengths is that we take the requirements of the different stakeholders into adequate consideration and, together with their partners or suppliers, create solid solutions in a pragmatic and yet tactful manner.
The following basic phases are covered during the course of a typical project
- Kick-off: Project planning, detailing and/or validating of the solution concept
- Set-up: Configuration of the prototype, initial training, test user
- Equipping: Data importing and keywording up to a defined minimum range
- Training/testing: Test runs, integration into the peripheral systems
- Go live: Bringing into service of the solution and start of operating
